The location was a win, just a short walk to the Vatican and filled with cute cafes. Riccardo, the manager, was super helpful-always a text away! Just dealt with some noisy seagulls at night, but otherwise solid stay!

My deluxe double room had coffee/tea makers, a flat screen TV, and a study table. The property's location was stunning, local to absolutely everything. All of the staff members were supper friendly and kind.

Conveniently located near Vatican and attractions.
The shower water pressure was annoyingly low, barely a trickle. I was disappointed to learn that breakfast was not available on-site as anticipated. Instead, I received coupons for a nearby café that only offered sweet pastries, which isn't my preference.

The room was clean, medium size, the design was very simple and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Quiet rooms. The hotel has a good location for vatican, san peter and shopping.
Maybe overpriced. At the reception must be someone who speaks english.

The owner and staff were excellent. They were so accomodating especially during the disruption of airline services due to the volcano in Iceland erupting. If they didn't have the availability they found us other accomodations. They went above and beyond in everything they did for us. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with all of our tourist questions. The location is excellent for seeing the sights. It's 10 minutes walk, from the Vatican lots of places to eat an shop and 5 mins is the Metro where you can go anywhere in Rome. Breafast was great as well. The service sets this place apart from all of the other hotels and b&bs. If you stay here you are not just a euro sign. They enjoy taking care of people.

The street is very fashionable with great clothing and groumet food shops. This is a good location eventhough it is a little ways away from many of Rome's main attractions. Most major sightseeing stops are still walkable or there is a metro stop within blocks. Great value for the size of room and location.
The TV had very few english language stations which was a bit frustrating when you are trying to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Also, be aware that this is not like a hotel with front desk personnel available 24 X 7, it is a Bed & Breakfast suite. Also, there was no telephone in the room which seemed rather odd.

Y'all, this place was cozy as a warm biscuit! The staff were just lovely, fixin' to help with everything. I loved my big ol' bed and the clean room, but watch out for those ruckus seagulls outside at night. Can't forget that great little cafe for breakfast!

clean room, proximity to Vatican, available parking options
The AC was obsolete and noisy!!! The WiFi speed was annoyingly slow, taking ages to load simple sites!!! The shower pressure was embarrassingly low, basically a drizzle!!! Sound insulation was non-existent, could hear neighbors clearly!!!

The staff were delightfully friendly and accommodating. They were eager to help and made my stay relaixing. The hotel felt fresh and was bright, light and colourful.
The only problem we had was the consistency of getting hot water in the shower. As it was summer it was not really a problem, but in winter I imagine a few howls as the water turns cold!
